In a 1v1, the Ancient Behemoth loses to Archangels (the strongest among the 7th-level units), Titans, Black Dragons, and Archdevils. It can only defeat Hydras, Golden Dragons, Phoenixes, and Bone Dragons. So, it's just average. And a Titan only beats an Archangel. :D :D

Half of it is incorrect - the Behemoth costs not 2, but 3 thousand, and the Titan definitely loses to the Black Dragon. Furthermore, the Titan is very expensive in itself, and upgrading its building is also very costly, so in terms of cost/effectiveness (the cost of the unit itself + the building), Behemoths are probably more effective.
