Which Orc hero do you prefer?

Maybe you're right, I didn't level up Tilsek past level 10. My biggest problem in this game is losses, constant losses... Not huge ones, lately just a few units, but still losses. If you could explain how to play as the Necropolis, because I'm not doing very well with them...
