Well, I thought the same thing. So, 4 races mean -2 morality and +1 angel, which equals -1 morality. That is, the angel definitely counts as an additional race. But here, they just needed to fire the developers. It would have resulted in 3 races -1 morality +1 morality for angels = 0. (When I was playing, I thought it would just be -1 morality for the number of races, whether it's 3 or 4, and +1 morality for the angels, and everything would be fine. But I ended up with antimorality).
