Confirmed. I got lucky with the slow roads, and the road to the main town was quite long, so I calmly worked in the treasury and wasn't afraid that Ivor would suddenly come and capture the capital, but he turned out to have the Air book, he determined the location of the town, teleported there, and on the last tile, he captured it. All the upgraded dragons, minotaurs, and many other troops were wiped out. I thought about it and it seemed that continuing the game would only prolong the time. I surrendered.
