Vista shouldn't be the problem, but clumsy hands might be. And those clumsy hands don't necessarily belong to you, but to whoever installed Vista.

I wonder, how can clumsy hands, while sitting at a neighboring table, cause the taskbar to freeze and the computer to glitch (while it's not performing any tasks, just idling)?
P.S.: The funniest thing is that during my absence from home (I was away again), the computer didn't glitch even once, even though it was running all day :O
