Rules for organizing, conducting, and participating in online Heroes of Might and Magic III tournaments.

1. For winners, a "hall of fame" can be created; for rule-breakers, a "list of offenders" or a "blacklist";

2. It's not advisable to refuse, at least if the player doesn't systematically violate the tournament rules (everything can happen in reality), but if the player constantly and repeatedly violates the rules (at least 3 times in a row), then it's possible;
