It's a pity that Adelaide practically disappeared from the forum after a while, and the topic gradually faded away without a moderator, but the ideas expressed there are very important.
It turned out that by creating the Tournament Committee, we have already begun to solve many of the issues raised by Adelaide and other tournament moderators on our forum.

Firstly, Adelaide "allowed herself to come up with a list of curators" - in HoMM 3 on-line, this is Evgeny. Starting from the New Year, Evgeny had some problems, and he could no longer devote that incredibly large amount of time to the forum as before. And we immediately felt it.
Our section has been developing very well lately, many new players are appearing, there are interesting ideas about tournaments, and connections with other resources are strengthening. Therefore, life dictates its own conditions. It is simply impossible for one person to cope with such a huge amount of work, especially since there are also various things happening in real life. It's very good that we have found responsible people: Javdet, StickyFingaz, Dirty_Player - who continued the organizational activities. But, of course, the work must be coordinated. This is why we created the Tournament Committee, which was approved by the Creator.

Secondly, it was discussed what kind of tournament should have Official status. Many players on our forum have also asked this question.
Apparently, in our new conditions, such a status should be given to a tournament approved by the TC and held according to the Tournament Rules. The TC is responsible for such a tournament. If the Organizer encounters problems, the TC should solve them together.

Thirdly,

To ensure impartiality and objectivity in judging tournaments, I propose to introduce independent judges as a mandatory requirement.

Indeed, ideas are in the air... We already have an Arbitration Committee, and there is a place to turn to in case of a dispute.

Adelaide also raised the issues of creating a "Wall of Shame" and awarding valuable and virtual prizes. We will discuss this further when we refine the Rules.
There was also a question of awarding medals under the avatar for 2nd and 3rd places. We also discussed this issue and decided that such an award is possible only in a very large tournament.

4. It is necessary to introduce a schedule of tournaments, and that fan tournaments are also taken into account in this schedule. This is necessary so that tournaments can gather their quotas of players and do not suffer from the fact that a similar tournament is taking place at the same time, so as not to overwhelm players with frequent tournaments, but also not to allow large breaks in the forum's gaming life.

Our Organizing Committee should deal with this.
We have traditional tournaments, and we know the approximate dates.
July-August - Clan War
Autumn - Seasons. Zhenya, will we hold a Seasons of the Year tournament in the fall, and approximately when?
