Nomination for “Contribution to the Development of the Heroes Community in 2008”

I'll speak directly, sorry if I offend anyone. As I understand it, the nomination is about a person who develops (developed in 2008) the Heroes movement, and not only on HeroesWorld.
I know that Nagan does a lot for all Heroes players, but personally, as an active BAE player, I only heard about him in 2009. In my opinion, the person who worked much harder than anyone else in this direction in 2008 was Vik (Wicc on HeroesWorld). It was he who generalized the principles of conducting battles, sparing no time wrote Heroes articles, posted tactics and strategies for playing as Castle, discovered "features" and "bugs", and published (or provided links to) all his works simultaneously on HeroesWorld, BAE, and Portal, which speaks of his exceptional impartiality and great concern (I couldn't find a more suitable word, I hope I was understood) for every person playing Heroes 3! It must be added that Vik himself played and still plays Heroes very actively, and his high fame is, I believe, the same on any of the aforementioned resources. Well, as for his titanic work on creating TE Light, I think no one needs to be reminded!
