Nomination for “Contribution to the Development of the Heroes Community in 2008”

His contribution to the development of the forum, both in the past and this year, is enormous.

I'll speak directly, sorry if I offend anyone. As I understand it, the nomination is about a person who develops (or developed in 2008) the Heroes community, not only on HeroesWorld.
I know that Nagan does a lot for all Heroes players, but personally, as an active Battle forum member, I only heard about him in 2009. In my opinion, Vik (Wicc on HeroesWorld) worked much harder than everyone else in this direction in 2008. He summarized the principles of conducting battles, spared no time writing Heroes articles, posted tactics and strategies for playing as different factions, discovered "features" and "bugs," and published (or provided links to) all his work simultaneously on HeroesWorld, the Battle forum, and the Portal, which speaks to his exceptional impartiality and great care (I couldn't find a more suitable word, I hope I was understood) for every person playing Heroes 3! I should add that Vik himself has been and still is an extremely active Heroes player, and I believe his high recognition is equal on any of the aforementioned resources. And as for his titanic work on creating the TE Light, I think no one needs to be reminded!
