Discussion about Sylvan (Wood Elves).

I don't understand what seems strange to you. The hero only has an initiative of 10, and only one hero from the Academy increases their initiative, but since we're talking about Elves, we can disregard that. Therefore, the enemy army consisted of units with an initiative of 3... so that the hero could move 3 times.

So, let's assume morale was dropping, but morale doesn't affect the hero... and luck doesn't affect initiative.
