Nomination for “Player of the Year 2008”.

Dear friends! The Tournament Committee announces the start of the discussion for the "Player of the Year 2008" nomination, as determined by HOMM3 (online). 1. Following the rules of the "Rookie of the Year 2008" contest, the following procedure is proposed for the contest: - Nomination of candidates for the title of "Player of the Year 2008"; - Discussion of the award, including its design for avatars and profiles; - Approval of the list of candidates and conducting a vote; - Awarding and congratulations. 2. Criteria for a candidate for the title of "Player of the Year 2008": a) Registration on HW no later than September 30, 2008; b) Demonstrated achievements (successful performance in tournaments, seasons); c) Should be associated by HW users with our resource, be its permanent resident and patriot. ANY HW USER can nominate ONE candidate and, if desired, justify their choice. 3. As a reward, there is already a "real" proposal from SpiriTT - to use the image of Saint George the Victorious - a knight piercing a snake with a spear - in the design of the "Player of the Year 2008" award. However, other options may also be considered. 4. After the list of candidates for the "Player of the Year 2008" nomination is approved, a vote will be organized. Any HW user has the right to vote for ONE candidate. Candidates themselves do not have the right to vote for themselves. 5. The awarding of the title "Player of the Year 2008" is tentatively scheduled for September of this year. The "Player of 2009..." nomination is planned to be held in January of the following year. I suggest we start discussing the "Player of the Year 2008" nomination!
