300 or 330 skeletons – it makes practically no difference.

The calculation is incorrect. The enhancer provides a +10% bonus not to the number of skeletons raised, but to the Necromancy skill. Therefore, instead of 30%, 40% will be raised, which is a third more. Instead of 300 skeletons, there will be 400 (experimentally verified).
