Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).

Rules are made for those who play by them, but you, my friend, haven't played a single game by them—there isn't a single report on HeroesWorld, only your own musings. And looks like you're not even planning to play (you don't even have an ICQ contact number).

I would have said right away who has the right to vote and who doesn't. But according to the world's rules, I have played several games, and God willing, I will play more + I, like the other people you listed and whose opinions you are calling to be disregarded, will repeat, are not indifferent to the world's rules. That is exactly why, I am sure, we ALL voted here. I sincerely regret that this is not appreciated. :(
