I like the fantasy idea better – it allows for a good way to represent the concept of three warring factions! ;) 1st faction – humans; 2nd – possible options: elves, barbarians, some kind of heretics; 3rd faction – 1 character, but super-overpowered, because he's a necromancer (kills once, and then his zombies do everything for him:p). In addition, ordinary citizens need something more than just the right to vote, as a counterweight to the ND (like DD – daily action:rolleyes:), perhaps something like trade could be introduced in its simplest form (or something else)...
