This bug could not be reproduced. Describe which browser, in which forum topic, and of what size was the ZIP archive that you were uploading.I tried attaching a ZIP archive using Explorer and Firefox in this post:

An archive smaller than 500 kilobytes uploads successfully. Slightly more than 500 KB – results in the same error.

Blacpoint has the same problem:
