I play with many people, including native residents of the world. If I rarely post my games, or for example, I'm not currently playing with someone from the world right now, but in the future I want to play by world rules that I care about, does that mean my vote shouldn't be counted now? They should have defined a list of whose votes count and whose don't from the very beginning. But instead, it turned into some kind of absurdity: a vote for everyone, but only those they want are taken into account.:(
