Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).

I think people will simply start playing Tower more often because of Solmyr. But I don't think anyone will replace Shakti/Galtran with these ressurrectors.

And even if they do, there will still be those who prefer melee heroes, and then there will be more variety...
Even if Solmyr or Tant are a little overpowered, they will still be in line with already recognized overpowered heroes like Gosh, Shak, Kirya, etc.
But I repeat, to add variety to the game, and even in Dungeon, I suggest starting with a random hero for all castles, and then Dungeon won't be valued higher than most castles.
And for Tower, it's not really important who the starting hero is - so it will only benefit from this.
Castle will be slightly less popular, but there won't be that worn-out Valeska in every report.
Believe me, the overall balance affects things much more than these minor details like one player getting Kirya as a starting hero, and another getting Ufretin.
