The spawn was decent, I'd say! On the first day, I flagged the external dwelling of mages, naga in the Citadel.
Then for several weeks I was wandering around, exploring, until I found a secondary Castle and then my native one. I torched the Griffon Conservatory, threw a dummy — it turned out to be a three-level one. I leveled up Solmyr's earth magic and 12 Crowned Nagas kill griffins. Next, I go into the treasure zone in the underground. I collect Wyverns, Pandora's Boxes, Naga Banks; Solmyr is constantly on speed boost on angels + expert Logistics and Boots of Speed. In the native secondary, nagas are in the Castle. On day 222, the treasure zone ended, and I couldn't be bothered to go search for a Dragon Utopia somewhere else, so I decided to attack. I convert some resources into gold, buy quite a lot of army; in my native town, 5 Mage Guilds give me Fly. I stand near the ГО, fly over, take the external dwelling of bears and capture the enemy's capital. Prophet Timaeus gives me 5 Red Dragons for the Ring of +1 Morale/Luck.
In the tavern, I see that my army power is higher, but the enemy's stats have increased significantly (he found a Dragon Utopia)! I capture another castle, rest for the night, and on review I see that Crag is sitting in the Treasury in the underground. I go to him, pick up another 8 Wyverns along the way, and attack.

Crag has the red orb, so I force my Magi to act; in the end, the enemy killed all my Wyverns, bears, and several nagas.

P.S. We played on 2-minute timers, and once I didn't have enough time to build a castle on day 7, and another time I also didn't manage to hire the Giants in time! In short, 2 minutes is a bit harsh; it should be at least 4...
