If it concerns the TOP of popular topics, then this is not a bug - it was designed this way. But if there are suggestions for changing it, write them in the appropriate topic with suggestions and wishes.

If you posted these messages in the "What Heroes Fans Love" section, then the reason is clear and this is not a bug. In this case, you need to read the description of the section more carefully:
