So, Tunar, level 5, with a 5-2-2-1 build, and a blessing in his inventory. Army: 80 pixies, 15 air elementals, 15 water elementals, 5 fire elementals, 5 earth elementals, and 2 psychics (selected exactly according to the requirements). In the second attempt, 10 air elementals and 14 water elementals survived, and the result was even better. In the previous attempt (where 9 water elementals remained), the morale of the phoenixes dropped in the 2nd round, so there were more losses.
