Aldegir (blue, Castle, Valeska, Thunis) def KostaN (red, Dungeon, Shakti, Shakti) Panic 134
Let me write at least my pathetic little report...
111. 3 heroes (on this strange template, money from experience in single-player is almost never available anywhere, and there's nowhere to run in the first few days either, so IMHO it's not critical), Monere came, but because the template is relatively small, I decided: Logistics doesn't really matter here, but without Tactics, with all the shooter-neutral stacks, it's just impossible! Monere delivers troglodytes from the external dwelling, an upgrade to 133x - and forward! An external dwelling with Minotaurs and buyout (didn't lose any troglodytes anywhere, I'm actually progressing...).
112. 4th hero Erdamon (with +125 gold), I take my first losses on the main stack against some rag-tag units because I miscalculated their speed(((.
113. 5th hero, scouted a "micro-GO" - Snipers, hell: even Tactics won't help much here without upgraded Harpies... (what's infuriating about this template - it's always a single road from respawn!!!), a Crypt for 2000, 122 troglodytes left, 530 gold, 4 units of wood - and no clear place to get more (not a single Sawmill until the end of the game!).
114. Revealed 2 Dwarf Cottages, a pile of wood behind the Lizardmen, a couple of free stat-boosters, and an external dwelling with Medusas on the respawn - I'll just hang around my own area for now, screw those Snipers!..
115. I break through the Marksmen for gold and resources, the Lizardmen for wood, the Scholar and Gems, barely take the Dwarf Cottage - shameful to say, only a level 15... (Offence the miner doesn't level up at all, though at least he already advanced Earth), in my "valiant" army only 3 Minotaurs and 109 troglodytes remain (I've already sacrificed the Conflux creatures, just a couple of Sprites hanging around at home to goad potential noobs).
116. Built and bought 3 Minotaurs at home, the cowardly Shakti refused to go into the 2nd Dwarf Cottage (the max one), though I'm sure all the veteran players take those without losses with a hundred troglodytes - no idea how)))); my main hero's leveling has been stuck at level 5 since yesterday - and this isn't even the limit of my noobishness, read on;).
117. Spent more than half my turn time just deciding what to build for 2500: Portal, Citadel, or Town Hall - in the end, dementia won and I gave in and built the bank)))), also grabbing some Medusas from an external dwelling for some reason (although one very strong stack - like if it were a Portal with Minotaurs - isn't always better than 2-3 weaker ones, which makes the army more balanced! Vik on Jebus Cross recently proved this to me in practice...).
121. Complete chaos, no delivery of new troops, no 6th hero, the miner crawls through the swamp who-knows-where (no, I'm lying - towards the Snipers:)), while finally deigning to reach a fantastic - 6th!!!! - level.
122. Finally sent the main hero to the upgraded Harpies, still 3(!!!) days of marching to the Snipers, level isn't rising, but the stats - thanks to the boosters - are pleasing: 5-6-3-2; army: 10 Minotaurs, 15 basic Medusas (my clumsy fingers wouldn't let me upgrade them - so I suffered with 4 shots till the end of the game), 140 troglodytes.
123. Another 3 Mind-mages arrived, let's run.
124. Heh-heh: 6th hero - probably an anti-record:smile49: ; the Snipers waited for me, I gleefully loot the Crypt for 5 Vampires, placing the troglodytes "to feed" in the 6th slot:D (extreme online conditions+beer=such a wonderful setup - and I even thought I was putting them in the 7th...) - the undead were pleased.
125. Necropolis village - god, I actually did it))); entered the Stables.
126. The miner rushes around like a noob - uselessly, somehow incomprehensibly even to a noob, remained at level 6 (kill me, I don't know how such a pathetic result happened, I think I fought, but it turned out I really didn't...).
127. Book + Slow scroll, broke through around 20 Red Scorpions to the next respawn (stupidly lost 5 Harpies and 1 troglodyte), there I conquer another Necropolis village (and was hoping for my own...) and see a Griffin Conservatory with a bunch of various small stacks behind the wood.
131. The wood stacks split into stacks of 16 and killed 30 troglodytes with morale :smile35:, I wait a day for fresh troops to arrive to minimize losses.
132. 19 Minotaurs, 170 troglodytes, and Medusas take out 2 Angels almost without losses, I first put Shakti on them, but he can't reach the 1st ranged block (upgraded Medusas) and (so as not to lose momentum:D :D :D ) gives both to the utterly useless level-zero Gunnar with his only stat-boosting artifact - a Hatchet:cool: , who promptly gets killed along with the hatchet, in short, life is good:smile20: !
133. I have to finish off those stoning witches without Angels, but on the swamp respawn guarded by them I found an artifact +3 to Knowledge and a level-3 Griffin Conservatory - all scooped up into the miner's calloused hands (due to low mana, I left as many as 60 troglodytes for the Griffins!).
134. Broke through a two-way monolith to another swamp, thinking: where am I? The enemy's Expert Tactics with a ton of Marksmen quickly explained everything to me, GG.
Question: how can anyone claim anything after a game like this? Why not just concede...
Кто к нам с пером придёт, тот от пера и погибнет!:smile51:
