Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).

In my opinion, it would be much better to make the starting hero random, like on the portal.

I suggest a slightly different approach. Maybe just prohibit choosing Galthran at the start, but don't make it a random start.
