Heroes 3 issues under XP or Vista.

Today I decided to install and play Heroes 3: The Shadow of Death... I have Vista... and this error message appeared during installation... "The installation program detected that Service Pack 4 is not installed on your computer. Please install SP4 and restart the Heroes 3 installation program..." Could you please tell me how to install it? Sorry if this has already been discussed.
