It could have been Kash and WisTrit, but you voted against Revan, and Neira was most likely the murderer because she was killed near that location. Apparently, she killed Major and hurried home. Therefore, Revan was one of the mafia members, although it's not certain; there's a small chance he was the murderer... If we assume Revan was a mafia member, then it's hard to suspect you...
