Leadership – empathy is, of course, a good thing. In defense of magic, it can be beneficial if a phantom with the Wisdom skill appears in the guild of mages. A phantom on furies at the moment when these beasts attack neighboring riders 2-4 times can be a good move. And perhaps, it might be even better to take leadership (if it actually drops) – empathy, and magic (sacrificing, for example, luck with the intention of increasing it with artifacts and various enhancers on the map).
