I confirm. I didn't manage to get there in time once and kill the blue scout hero, and he and his Dragon Fly killed all my scout heroes. IMO, at the end of the game I had the advantage both in army and especially in magic, especially after I defeated Galtran with his entire army in the field (Wyverns skipped their turn twice), but he had both a scroll of Fly and gloves, while I didn't even have Logistics, although I had Pathfinding. It was 3 AM, I needed to go to sleep, and overall I decided to surrender because I didn't want to leave the game unfinished. Although, maybe I lack experience and cannot properly evaluate a scroll of Fly, but IMO my position wasn't completely lost even without the scroll.

P. S. Where can I find a description of the Panic template? Attached is the save file from the last day before the battle with Galtran. Also, Rion with Stone Skin attacked the fortress with peasants and four Wyverns, and I fought him off (2 Dragon Flies remained).
