Yes, Heroes is our common hobby, and I'm very glad that the younger generation is also getting into Heroes.

A friend introduced me to Heroes 3 in 1999 or 2000, and we used to play at each other's houses.
Then, at his request, we started playing "privately."
I often caught my friend (he was quite the sly one:smile29:) using a mirror or a disc to peek at my moves.
I remember playing campaigns for nights on end, even when I had to go to the Academy the next morning.
I remember, when playing random maps with the AI (I loved playing as the Haven faction with the Underground faction), I really liked taking one or two castles, controlling them, and defending against the AI that had captured everything else. I would deliberately prolong the games to around month 11, etc., to give the AI a chance to develop, and then I would sit in "Defense."
