Without "the change in the heritable characteristics of biological populations over successive generations," I think I could definitely survive for one generation. Without spiritual evolution, of course, it would be difficult, but in the end, some people live even with "de-evolution."
Without civilization, it would certainly be tough. Usually, in cases like "Robinson Crusoe," people went crazy and became savage. Man is, after all, a biosocial being, and society is his support. In essence, this entire book by Daniel Defoe is a hymn to capitalism, proving the importance of the material aspect of the world for human existence and the ability of one person to fully support themselves. A hymn to labor. But still, Crusoe really missed communication... in reality, I think that in 15 years, he would have forgotten the language if he hadn't actively used it. That's the way it is.
