I'd like to offer a screenshot for discussion. One guard of the herb resource point, which was standing on the road, has already been defeated. The screenshot shows that Iona can pass to this secondary resource point, bypassing the nomads. Question: is it allowed to pass this way?

Here's another question, today I was playing with Oelm, and during the game, he started arguing that it's possible to use scrolls without having a Guild Hall of the same level built, if you have a spellbook (not of that element).
