Let's create a classification for newcomers: green newbie, pioneer, just a newbie, experienced newbie, real newbie, unreal cool newbie, and ULTIMATE NEWBIE. If a person still wants to participate in a tournament after being publicly accused of being experienced and skilled, let them play. This only speaks to their fighting spirit and their support for the Tournament's ideals.
PS I just want the Tournament to start and proceed without violating point 9.
