Confirmed.
Experimented - dropped Tower, still can't play it, started building Rampart.
On the second one, somehow awkwardly scraped together 2+3 = 4 Angels, losing almost all the rest.
The third one I completely botched - 2 Griffin Conservatories for an Angel and a Dragon Utopia for a Keymaster - we were done for.
On the fourth, kind of came back to life a bit, wandered around for Treasures very, very late - swamp and snow...
And the Dragon Utopia I only found on the fifth, and even then it was a piddly one.
Gave up and went home, waiting for Shakti.
But otherwise it was fun.
