Orcs versus High Elves.

Is this really true?
There is nothing about this in the manual.

I don't know for sure, but when I attacked the elf, my guys attacked first, then I reloaded the game, and my opponent, the elf, attacked – and the archers had the first turn...

I won the game with orcs, and the elf didn't stand a chance, but this was probably because I was bribing centaurs on the street for 14 gold per week, while the elf was hiring 9 blades, and in my opinion, centaurs are much stronger

And the elf had only about 100 dryads, probably losing them on monsters, although the elf's rest of the army was bought and upgraded completely in 6 weeks of the game and practically not lost anywhere:
120 dryads, 150 blades, 95 archers (attack without penalty), 50 druids, 28 unicorns, 17 wild ents, 7 dragons
Mine: 350 green goblins, 260 war centaurs, 125 warmongers, 70 earth shamans, 57 executioners, 7 free cyclops, and 6 unupgraded wyverns
My heroes: Haghesh, level 15, elf Osir, level 14
The orcish growth is incomparably greater!!! And the units themselves are cheaper and the hero has more attack, and you say that orcs have no chance...
But only cyclops were chosen as sworn enemies, because he didn't find any others on the map...
