I used to think that any self-respecting bookstore employee should know what Star Wars is. So, I went to "Dom Knigi" (a large store, like a supermarket). I approached the saleswoman. "Good afternoon," I said to her. She remained silent. "I would like to buy a book, do you have 'Star Wars'?" "Star Wars, is that 'Star Maze'?" I received such a strange question. I glanced at her, and then said: "Star Wars is Star Wars." She remained silent. "Author: George Lucas," I added. After that, she ran off somewhere, talked to the manager, and then came back and said: "No, we don't have that." But in a small store, they found it for me in 30 seconds.
