Honestly, I don't do anything related to Part C, but the question is different – I can solve the test almost completely, spending less than a week on preparation. Is that normal?

It's a roughly similar situation, but you've probably been studying for a year. I have one classmate who isn't stupid, but he's never studied math in his life, and now he's making me doubt his ability to pass the Unified State Exam, even for a passing grade.

And Russian is even easier. If you study it and practice "reflexes" by solving a lot of tests, it's not very difficult to get the maximum score for Parts A and B.

The final push before the Russian language exam, where I need to memorize the types of connections in complex subordinate sentences, refresh my memory on the types of pronouns, and just in case, reread the rules related to writing double N in participles.
