Sacred Haven of Debauchery

In my opinion, the Unified State Exam (USE) is too simplistic – you just need to memorize all the answers to the questions, and you're done. Unfortunately, the country needs soldiers, welders, and janitors (useful members of society), not specialists who don't know or can't do anything and will end up consuming resources equivalent to three soldiers. That's the situation.
