What is your opinion on the possibility of introducing a third tier of maps and a new faction into the game?

I don't think Nival would agree to introduce this race (although the idea is just GREAT!!!) because of the third level (underwater world). It would require too many changes. But if the city of the Garians was located ON the water, I think it would save Nival a lot of time and effort, which they don't have much of anyway. And the reason for the race's "above-water" existence could be described like this: the Sixth Eclipse War affected not only the "upper world." From the endless depths, the Garians emerged to, so to speak, "resolve the problem." Andrei, what do you think?
