Thank you for your trust, but the question is different. Is a Chief even necessary, and if so, why? The votes of all Arbitration Committee members are equal. What tasks, different from the others, will this Chief solve? If the role involves encouraging and motivating everyone, writing extensively, and developing various rules, then I am ready. But I am already doing this and will continue to do so, without additional titles.
In my opinion, a Chief is not needed.
