The longest battle – 450+ rounds.
By the way, I noticed a bug:
Up to round 100 or so, my 17 resurrected Inquisitors dealt a maximum of 20-30 damage (approximately), and then I don't know what happened, but the damage increased, and 30 became the minimum. Accordingly, the critical hit rate increased, which I was happy about, but I couldn't explain this phenomenon.
I was also happy with the large stacks (they give a lot of experience). That is, it doesn't matter how many slow units are in the squad, 100 or 1000. Spawning slow units in the Chaos Band is a very scary thing. The developers were probably trying to balance it (example: goblins speed up from magic damage, foremen increase the speed and initiative of miners), but what can you do against a unit with a speed of 10+? It was also funny that they don't touch the wall at all, but try to chase your fast flying stack all over the field. That is, you can really play with 1 Inquisitor and 1 Royal Griffin against slow units.
If I encountered archers, I would cast Fear on them for 4 rounds, poison them, and set them on fire. After destroying the archers, the problems usually ended. In short, if there is a new patch, I would like the enemy units not to ignore the wall.
