I have a minor complaint regarding both the Wraith and the Lich: why can't they jump over trees scattered across the battlefield? They should have been made flying units, as it's evident from their appearance that they don't touch the ground.
I don't have any similar complaints about Necropolis units (except for the dragons, but I've mentioned them before, several times!)
