No, I think Rocs will be stronger than Griffins. They have a higher level and better stats. Although there are more Griffins. But it depends on what you need them for. Sending Griffins to attack a castle is not very effective, as they won't receive real support (Centaurs are weak as archers, Gargoyles have weak stats). But Rocs will be supported by three squads of archers.
