You need to live a healthy lifestyle... I recently bumped my head on a rebar... it felt like I was hit with the blunt side of a knife... and it hurt like after a fight... And yet, I'm alive and well, without any complications, and in the evening I even scared my girlfriend with meat and ketchup:D
