Cheating translates to deception. Deception is promising someone in ICQ that you will confirm a report (of a clearly lost game) and not doing it. Vigo did that. I'll post screenshots in 2-3 hours, although I've already done it, and they were deleted. In my understanding, Vigo is a cheater.
