Also, could you explain whether the Prayer spell gets stronger with each level? I've cast it several times (and it says it increases initiative), but I've never seen my units start their turn earlier, meaning there were no changes in the turn order.

Well, there were no changes in turn order because Prayer doesn't significantly increase initiative... maybe by about 10%...

As for the levels, with an increase in the hero's level, the duration (number of turns) that Prayer lasts on the units also increases...
