Tactics for Rampart.

I disagree again. Without ranged attacks, a Rampart isn't really a Rampart. Elves aren't that strong anymore! Otherwise, everyone would play as Mephala if ranged attacks weren't necessary.

In my opinion, Kiir is chosen mainly because of his logistics, not because of his ranged attacks. Mephala isn't chosen because of a lack of logistics, not because of a lack of ranged attacks, I think. For example, if I'm given Gunnar when playing as Rampart, I'll gladly use him, especially if he gets a good starting skill. I don't see anything wrong with the lack of accuracy.
