Mages without mini-arts, at least for creatures like Goblins, Mages, Titans, and Rakshasa, are incomplete Mages. In this case, I wouldn't choose Nura. To be honest, I was very surprised once when someone who, in my opinion, was a very strong player, also claimed that Nura was one of the most promising heroes.
