Tactics for Rampart.

Elves and pegasuses are quickly eliminated, so you have to take flyers and archers from other towns.
Also, it's unclear why many suggest protecting elves.

:D :D Besides ramp castle, there can be ramp dungeon, ramp phoenix, ramp swamp, ramp necropolis, ramp barbarian, and even ramp inferno (I played against Sam once).
