Changes to HeroesWorld.

A list of users who are on the main page has been added; that is, those who can directly see the mini-chat. Already tested in the following browsers:

• Opera 9.0
• IE 6.0
• Firefox 1.5

Functionality is not guaranteed in other browsers, but it is quite possible... It is currently in testing mode, so if any errors are found, I think you know where to report them. /topic/273/
