if you're planning to enroll in a part-time program, it's better to first study at some technical college (not to be confused with a vocational school!) to know your specialization; then it will be easier to study in a part-time program.
P.S. And studying in a part-time program can be fun if you have a good group, but it depends on the chosen specialization.
