I suggest two good options - play the quarterfinals in a knockout format until two wins. Or create 2 groups of 4 people, a kind of second group stage (I don't like this option, as I don't think group games are suitable for Heroes, but I will support it if other participants are in favor). People who took places lower than second should not play.
