XL is better suited for the Tower, Dungeon, and Rampart.
M is better for the Barbarians.
L is better for the rest.
It's best to set the difficulty to maximum, otherwise it's not interesting.
You can post three saves at a time and give people a month to complete them. That way, those who are currently on vacation will have time to join.
